Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft complex purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and ancillary transactional documents
Lead comprehensive title and survey reviews, including the negotiation and clearance of complex title issues
Manage all phases of transaction closings, coordinating seamlessly between clients, internal teams, and outside parties
Partner with senior leadership on structured acquisitions, dispositions, and large-scale leasing portfolios
Qualification
Required
Ideally 3–6+ years of substantive real estate transactional experience (leasing and purchase/sale focus preferred)
Proven ability to handle complex document review and negotiations with high attention to detail
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; must be a member in good standing of the Texas Bar
This is an in-office position based in our Houston office
