Ensuring the timely and accurate processing and payment of a high volume of invoices
Working closely with internal departments and external vendors to provide prompt responses to inquiries and requests
Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
Fostering strong vendor relationships
Supporting the overall efficiency of the Accounts Payable function
Using consistent application of AHF’s internal financial policies & payment processing procedures
Ascertaining that all requisite support documentation and approval is obtained prior to payment
Qualification
Required
Ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of a high volume of invoices
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors
Provide prompt responses to inquiries and requests
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Foster strong vendor relationships
Support the overall efficiency of the Accounts Payable function

Adhere to internal controls in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles
Ascertain that all requisite support documentation and approval is obtained prior to payment
Possess strong communication and customer service skills
Work with vendors and internal and external customers in a professional manner
