Responsibilities
Provide data research and compilation by working with Branch and Corporate staff to ensure data collection is complete and timely
Develop actionable reports, interactive dashboards, ad hoc requests, that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems
Monitor scheduled reports and jobs to ensure timely completion per predetermined schedules
Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend, and develop analytical reports that reveal underlying trends and insights not readily apparent to end users
Creates detailed documentation required for analytics and reporting
Serves as an embedded BI partner who works directly with departments, business owners, and field leaders to understand their processes, identify opportunities, and design solutions that are practical, accurate, and scalable
Able to lead or facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders or team members, ensuring discussions stay on track and outcomes are clear
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Able to pass an extensive screening process
5 years of SQL experience
3+ years of experience developing Power BI reports, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling techniques
Knowledge of Data Modeling Concepts
Organizational skills to plan, organize, and prioritize workload and meet multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent Excel skills required

Preferred
SAP Business Objects experience is a plus
Prior experience with compliance, internal audits, and/or documentation is a plus
