Responsibilities
Maintain the operational readiness of secure communications and technology control facilities
Lead and supervise technical teams supporting mission-critical network and crypto transmission systems
Oversee infrastructure including switches, encryption technologies, network operations consoles, and circuits
Direct Tier 2 Tech Control / Helpdesk operations, including incident response and service restoration
Coordinate troubleshooting, restoration, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations
Communicate clearly and effectively with senior and executive leadership
Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, change, problem, and configuration management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification
5+ years of experience managing and/or operating secure or regulated technology environments
Active DoD Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible
Demonstrated experience maintaining secure facilities and controlled communications infrastructure
Proven ability to lead technical teams in environments similar in size and complexity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
