Responsibilities

Clean and detail units assigned to meet assigned daily production goals
Read and interpret all production orders with a minimum amount of assistance
Meet all QA and QC standards for each task per assigned department. Ensure cleaning and detailing tasks are completed per instructions
Be compliant with all the rules of conduct and attendance per the company handbook
Meet all safety standards per assigned department
Meet all housekeeping standards per assigned department
Ensure that hazardous waste is handled appropriately and placed into the proper container(s)
Maintains all satellite and storage containers in a closed position unless adding or removing waste
Knows spill response procedures and evacuation routes
Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision
Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled

Required

Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling or bending positions
Ability to work with arms above head
Ability to work from ladders or scaffolding
Ability to stand at a workstation for ten hours a day (minus specified breaks)
Ability to safely use specified hand, air, power tools, and machinery
Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
Ability to handle and dispose of hazardous waste
Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions
Ability to bend, stoop, and squat
Ability to frequently step up and down into a unit during a 10 hour shift
Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions

Preferred

One year experience in a related manufacturing environment preferred
