Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
Order to Cash (O2C)
Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing
Pricing, Output, Credit Management
Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements
Prepare functional specifications for technical developments (RICEF)
Support integrations with MM, FI, and third-party systems
Perform testing, UAT support, and production issue resolution
Provide documentation and user support
Qualification
Required
8–15+ years in SAP Sales & Distribution
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration
In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) processes
Experience with pricing procedures, copy controls, and output determination
Good understanding of SD integration with FI and MM
Experience working in ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
Preferred
Exposure to IDOCs / interfaces from a functional perspective
Experience in S/4HANA implementations or conversions
Client-facing and stakeholder management skills
