Responsibilities
Own investment evaluations, complex financial models, and scenario analyses supporting company strategy
Partner with senior leaders on high-stakes strategic questions, capital allocation, and growth tradeoffs
Elevate long-range planning, forecasting accuracy, and board-facing financial narratives
Coordinate across Finance, Business Units, Legal, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and execution
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles
Demonstrated ownership of executive-level decision support and complex, company-wide initiatives
Deeply analytical, with an investor-grade financial toolkit
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure, high-visibility contexts
Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence
Highly organized operator who can run complex, multi-threaded initiatives
Trusted partner who balances rigor, speed, and judgment
Track record of influencing C-suite and Board-level decisions through clear, compelling financial narratives
Comfortable setting direction, not just executing, including defining frameworks, priorities, and standards for strategic finance
Able to balance hands-on rigor with strategic altitude, knowing when to dive deep and when to guide at a high level
