Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of top Tiger Tracks clients (4-8 accounts), owning client relationships, overseeing account performance, and achieving internal and external growth goals
Leverage your expert knowledge of Google and Meta Ads to optimize campaigns, including bid strategies, adjustments, and budget allocations for peak performance
Lead client meetings, conduct budget recommendations, and pitch campaign strategies aligned with client goals, focusing on sustainable growth
Update and maintain internal documents and processes with accurate information
Act as a trusted advisor, delivering clear, data-backed insights
Stay ahead of industry trends and apply innovative strategies to maximize client success
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media within a high-growth advertising or media agency, preferably in a small to midsize firm
Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is required, with a strong grasp of bidding strategies and goals; familiarity with other digital channels is a plus
Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and lead client conversations with confidence
Track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, delivering against ambitious targets, and managing multiple accounts with diverse business models and industries
Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable navigating ambiguity and making independent decisions
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to excellence
A history of proven achievements, inside and outside of professional settings, that demonstrate your top-performer caliber
Bachelor's degree required
