Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location
Staff the front desk to monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to the appropriate contact
Answer phones and respond to requests for assistance by communicating clearly, documenting details, and escalating concerns through the proper channels
Support security-related incident reporting by observing and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations in a calm, problem-solving manner
Coordinate with onsite personnel regarding deliveries, vendor check-in, and restricted-area access by following written post orders and client requirements
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
