Responsibilities
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions across multiple functional areas
Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, refine, and validate business requirements
Translate business needs into structured documentation such as user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and data mappings
Support initiatives involving new system capabilities, enhancements, and operational improvements
Contribute to project delivery through documentation management, dependency tracking, and progress reporting
Assist with the implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate in Agile or hybrid delivery environments; experience writing Jira stories or issues is a plus
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, evolving environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, or requirements lifecycle management
Experience supporting enterprise systems, platforms, or large-scale business initiatives
