They are seeking a Property Management Project Manager to coordinate and manage third-party vendors, oversee property maintenance, and ensure quality and budget compliance for residential properties.

Responsibilities
Provide schedule updates and any completion date changes to the Lead Project Manager
Coordinate and manage third-party vendors to complete the approved Scope of Work (SOW)
Set vendor expectations for quality, timelines, documentation/photos, and invoicing requirements
Perform milestone quality checks and drive corrections when work is incomplete or below standard
Meet inspectors and utility providers on-site for inspections, approvals, and service activations
Manage disposition renovations to meet sale-ready standards and deadlines
Track costs and scope changes; route change orders to the Lead Project Manager for approval
Confirm scope, standards, and budget controls with the Lead Project Manager before authorizing work
Ensure spend follows approval thresholds and no work proceeds without documented authorization
Conduct unit inspections (pre-walk, move-out, in-progress, final) and document findings with photos/notes
Manage punch lists to completion and confirm readiness prior to closeout
Oversee inspection completion workflows (municipal/trade/final), schedule re-inspections, and record results
Maintain closeout documentation: warranties, manuals, permits, inspection sign-offs, photos, invoices, and summaries
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to use a mobile device for email and other applications
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
A positive attitude and a customer service mindset
