Mechanical inspection of precision machined components
Calibrations of metrology equipment
CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action support in relation to NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) with thorough documentation
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Advanced MetrologyCMM OpticalCMM Touch ProbeGeometric DimensioningTolerancing (GD&T)LeanISO 9001 CertificationAS9100 CertificationCommunication skillsTeam playerLeadership qualities

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interpreting specifications including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Work experience in a QC and manufacturing environment is essential
Mechanical inspection of precision machined components
Calibrations of metrology equipment
CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action support in relation to NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) with thorough documentation

Preferred

Lean, Corrective and Preventive Action, root cause investigation, Kaizen (continuous improvement-PDCA) knowledge and understanding
ISO 9001, AS9100, and / or FDA Certifications
Advanced Metrology
Programmable optical measurement tools (optical CMM)
Keyence Image Measurement system
Interferometers used for surface finish and form analysis
Laser micrometer
