Responsibilities

Provide tools support to Engineering: MS Office Apps, change management and tracking tools. Generate reports as required
Operate within a Scaled Agile Framework environment and perform related duties to enable the team to work efficiently
Support in preparation of presentations. Assists in development of engineering web pages
Support in tracking action items
Build productive working relationships internally. Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation
Support ordering and shipping of program materials
Edit format of software / hardware documentation based on direction from peer group and engineering. May verify change requests are in proper state
Support engineering in tracking action items, and tasks in the change management tools
Perform project non-technical duties using standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and goals
Coordinate across teams to solve basic problems
Develop soft skills

Required

Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Must be U.S. Person - Job requires access to ITAR or 600/500-series EAR information or hardware (directly or indirectly) and the company will not seek an export authorization for this role
Must possess minimum of 2 years of relevant experience PC tool knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is required

Preferred

Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with a wide variety of technical and management personnel
Must have the desire and willingness to commit to continue learning
