Responsibilities
Own the development, delivery, and day-to-day operations of IAM services, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, governance, PAM, B2B/B2C, MFA, SSO, privileged access, and reporting
Lead IAM projects and platform modernization efforts, including migrations from SAP IDM
Ensure new business applications comply with client identity standards and integrate into enterprise IAM processes
Execute identity and access governance routines aligned with industry best practices
Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Bottler organizations
Mentor and coach IAM team members to support performance and career growth
Manage budgets for IAM solutions, projects, vendors, and personnel
Collaborate across teams to plan and allocate resources for prioritized initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IAM, IT, or security-related roles
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating IAM solutions (e.g., Entra / Azure AD, Azure AD B2C / External Identities, SAP IDM, GRC, PAM)
Strong understanding of authentication and access models, zero trust principles, and integration/automation tools
Experience using data and reporting to ensure consistent, high-quality process execution
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across teams and organizations
Strong customer-focused mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Preferred
Post-graduate degree in a related IT field preferred
