Responsibilities
Lead targeted Recruitment Efforts in your assigned territory
Create recruitment list of out of network dentist to contract with MetLife Preferred Network
Oversee the assigned territory
Manage positive and professional relationships with Dental Providers
Develop recruitment strategies to target out of network dentist to participate in MetLife's Preferred Dental Network
Coordinate with the required departments including, Sales, Client Services and Finance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as Network Recruiter, Dental Practice Management, or Dental Office
CRM/Salesforce, Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills
Self-Starter and Motivated
Up to 50% travel is required
High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred
Suggested 3-5 of years of experience in Network, Dental Practice Management or Dental Office
CRM/Salesforce, Excel, MicroSoft
Strong Negotiation Skills
Familiar with Dental PPO and HMO Plans
