Marketing Designer
Country Supplier is seeking a Marketing Designer responsible for creating compelling visual assets that support brand consistency and drive customer engagement. This role involves collaborating with various teams to translate marketing strategies into high-quality designs across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
Design marketing assets across multiple channels, including:
Digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and web graphics
Print collateral (flyers, signage, posters, catalogs)
In-store and point-of-sale materials
Presentations and internal communications
Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and visual standards
Translate marketing briefs, concepts, and business goals into effective visual solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions
Incorporate feedback constructively while protecting brand integrity
Partner with vendors and printers as needed to ensure quality output
Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Proactively recommend creative improvements that enhance clarity, impact, and customer experience
Support process improvements that increase efficiency and speed to market
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of professional design experience in a marketing or in-house environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience supporting retail, consumer, or multi-location brands
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (email, social, web)
Basic understanding of print production and vendor coordination
Motion graphics or basic video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Experience working within brand standards and campaign calendars
