Responsibilities
Act as the technical architecture expert for a specific value stream, ensuring successful product deliveries
Manage architectural roadmaps, focusing on feature evolution and minimizing technical debt
Evaluate product requirements and lead discussions on technical feasibility, blockers, and risks
Collaborate with architecture colleagues on UI, API integration strategies, and technical blueprints
Present solutions to business partners and align engineering teams on technical implementations
Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and create Reference Architectures where necessary
Assess new technologies and conduct hands-on evaluations
Guide developers on architectural best practices and mentor junior engineers
Ensure all Non-Functional Requirements (performance, security, scalability) are met for software products
Participate in high-level estimation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ years in service APIs, caching, web components, web security, microservices, and identity management
5+ years of hands-on experience in consumer-facing enterprise-level application development
3+ years in architecting cloud solutions (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
Familiarity with front-end technologies
Preferred
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks
Experience in designing complex systems and user interfaces
Skills in requirements analysis, estimation, and testing
Understanding of distributed computing architectures
Experience in build vs. buy evaluations and modern API patterns
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, GIT, and agile methodologies
Knowledge of responsive UI design and security-oriented projects
