Responsibilities
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble molds to keep production at peak performance
Perform root cause analysis on mold issues—find problems fast and fix them right
Share your knowledge—suggest design improvements and mentor others when needed
Use mold drawings and design sketches to guide your work
Keep your space clean and organized—because safety and precision go hand-in-hand
Work with complex mold systems like cooling, hot runner, gating, and ejection
Communicate with teammates across departments—help build a strong, connected shop floor
Qualification
Required
A strong background in multi-cavity injection mold repair and maintenance
Experience reading and interpreting mold drawings and blueprints
Knowledge of mold component systems (cooling, wiring, hot runners, etc.)
Solid math, measuring, and troubleshooting skills
A team-first attitude and a desire to contribute every day
The ability to lift up to 40 lbs solo or up to 80 lbs with a team lift
A valid mobile equipment license—or are willing to get one
English fluency for reading instructions and communicating effectively
