Admission to the Colorado bar
3-4 years of Colorado-based labor and employment experience
Strong academic background (JD GPA) with excellent writing skills
Experience with defense of claims pending before state and federal courts, union management relations; reductions in force, employment contracts negotiations and policies and employee benefits programs
Experience counseling Human Resource managers and supervisors regarding employee matters and compliance issues
Excellent working knowledge of Colorado and federal employment statutes and regulations
A plus: Substantial hearing and deposition experience and experience in labor & employment collective and class actions are both considered a plus
