Own the entire process of bringing new, world-class members into our communities, from first outreach to final acceptance
Act as a charismatic gatekeeper to a very curated room of people who collectively help manage $250B+
Spend your days relationship-building with some of the most impressive investors and operators in the world
Qualification
Required
Early-career, with ~1-2 years in sales, fundraising, IR, partnerships, or BD
Extremely likable, socially fluent, and comfortable talking to anyone
Loves people, conversations, and building real relationships
Strong judgment and good taste
You're entrepreneurial and excited by 0-1 ownership, and motivated by the idea of being the 'CEO' of your own function and deciding how the work gets done
Preferred
Based in Los Angeles or open to being LA-based
