Responsibilities
Report regularly on support provided in the region as well as travel-related expenditures
Schedule and conduct regular product training meetings and seminars for dealership associates including service, sales and office staff
Conduct periodic Certification Training at Rosemont World Headquarters for Household and Commercial focus areas
Provide on-site product support, installation supervision, and operator training on Commercial and Industrial products
Participate in two-way communication on product and service-related information Quality Assurance and Product Management
Support sales growth opportunities through teamwork with Regional Sales Managers, Commercial Sales Managers, and National Accounts teams
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: 5 years in the water treatment industry
Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong mathematical skills required including understanding of reference materials such as tables and charts
Ability to read and understand plumbing, piping and electrical wiring diagrams
Good mechanical aptitude required; must be able to detect cause of failure in water treatment system components
Experience in troubleshooting simple electrical circuits using handheld meters
Preferred
College or technical degree preferred
Classroom instructor or teacher is highly desirable
