Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and enhance network performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components and technologies
Oversee the deployment and configuration of load balancing solutions to optimize traffic distribution and improve application availability
Provide technical guidance and support for switching and routing configurations ensuring efficient data flow and connectivity
Develop and maintain wireless network solutions that offer reliable and secure connectivity for users and devices
Conduct regular assessments of network infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operations
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and solutions
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network design and implementation
Lead efforts to enhance network security and protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities
Provide training and support to team members and end-users to maximize the effectiveness of network solutions
Document network configurations and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to align infrastructure solutions with business goals
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in load balancing technologies to optimize network traffic and application performance
Extensive experience in switching and routing particularly with Cisco technologies, to ensure efficient data flow
Proficiency in wireless network design and implementation to provide reliable connectivity
Strong analytical skills to assess network performance and identify areas for improvement
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in network design and security
Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently
