Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing network performance data to identify optimization opportunities
Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving network issues to improve quality and reliability
Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement optimization strategies for 4G/5G networks
Conduct drive tests and analyze results to evaluate network performance
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations

Required

Currently enrolled in the third, or fourth year of a bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer, Software, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field within an accredited school in United States
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize radio network performance
Basic understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, KPIs, and troubleshooting methodologies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience with drive testing and post-processing of network data
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data analysis and automation
Knowledge of RF planning and optimization principles
A passion for learning and applying new technologies in telecommunications
