Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of small business clients
Be the primary point of contact for clients on: Financial reporting, Monthly/quarterly reviews, Cash flow and performance insights
Lead and review the work of bookkeepers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
Translate financials into clear, actionable insights for non-financial owners
Partner with our fractional CFOs on higher-level strategy
Improve systems, workflows, and standards as we scale
Qualification
Required
5+ years in accounting, client accounting services, or advisory roles
Managed multiple clients in the past
Managed or reviewed work from other accountants/bookkeepers
Comfortable explaining financials to business owners (and pushing back when needed)
Care deeply about quality, follow-through, and client experience
Think critically like an owner, not an order-taker
Want to grow with a firm, not just fill a seat
Technologically adept to quickly utilize and adapt to current and new softwares
Master of Excel/Google Sheets
Proficient in QuickBooks Online
Can easily handle both Cash and Accrual books
