PMIS experience within the construction or construction tech industry
2–5 years of organizational training or education experience (experience in consulting, construction, or real estate may be considered in place of training experience)
Experience independently managing multiple concurrent projects and working with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or architecture. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of one of the bachelor's degrees listed
Honesty and integrity in all job responsibilities
Results-oriented approach with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for the details
Excellent writing and verbal skills
