Responsibilities
Review and verify web pages against QA guidelines for formatting, URL accuracy, and metadata
Extract and collect content manually from various file types, ensuring readiness for scraping
Populate and validate results in internal tracking tools, maintaining clean data output
Log and document issues or edge cases promptly and clearly for further review
Prepare and format metadata accurately for downstream processes, cross-referencing with external data sources as necessary
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in web browsers, PDF navigation, and basic developer tools
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and QA purposes
Ability to follow detailed SOPs consistently across a large content volume
Experience in Web Content QA, Data Entry/Data QA, or Web Scraping Support is highly valuable for this role
A university degree is required
