InternMasonic Medical Research Institute (MMRI) is seeking a Development Intern to support their Advancement team in donor engagement and fundraising operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in nonprofit development within a biomedical research environment, assisting with donor recognition, database management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Assist with donor recognition, stewardship, and acknowledgment initiatives
Support guided campus tours, special visits, and donor or stakeholder engagement activities
Maintain and improve the accuracy, organization, and integrity of the fundraising database
Provide administrative, logistical, and project support to the Advancement team as assigned
Assist with general fundraising operations and related tasks in support of MMRI’s mission
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Interest in nonprofit development, fundraising, healthcare, or biomedical research environments
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used database and communication applications
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, as required for event setup, materials handling, or related duties
