Responsibilities
Analyze and document current-state mortgage servicing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Define and maintain detailed business rules and logic to support servicing operations and compliance
Interpret and apply servicing guidelines from agencies
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and servicing teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for regulatory and policy changes
Support UAT and validate that product enhancements meet business and regulatory requirements
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Retiring loss mitigation app
Familiar with servicing loss mitigation
Data migration focus
Working with data consumers
What needs to happen to onboard data lake
Colibra
Data heavy role - working with data governance team

Qualification
Required
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Experience in mortgage servicing operations
Knowledge of regulatory compliance
Ability to define and maintain detailed business rules and logic
Experience in analyzing and documenting current-state mortgage servicing processes
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement
Experience interpreting and applying servicing guidelines from agencies
Collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and servicing teams
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories
Experience conducting gap analyses and impact assessments for regulatory and policy changes
