Manage domestic travel planning and logistics for executives
Oversee office operations for NJ and NY offices with equal time split
Handle supply procurement, vendor coordination, and contract follow-ups
Maintain budgeting trackers and monitor office-related expenses
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning across both locations
Qualification
