Responsibilities
Lead and support sitewide improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
Design and document operational workflows that align with best practices and business objectives
Develop and utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform decision-making
Manage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive accountability
Assist in the development and deployment of business intelligence tools to enhance visibility and reporting
Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership, summarizing findings, recommendations, and project outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency and implement sustainable solutions
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, communication, and training
Utilize Lean principles and data-driven methodologies to drive measurable improvements
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL, DAX, or other programming languages for data analysis and automation
Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies
Understanding of business operations, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, or basic chemistry concepts
