InternVirginia Green is currently seeking a paid Marketing Intern in Richmond, Virginia. The intern will be involved in all areas of internal and external marketing development, including support for social and philanthropic campaigns, while working with the advertising agency.

Responsibilities
Support strategic development and execution of internal and external marketing efforts (this could include some design work)
Assist with marketing operations (calendar, billing, and monthly deliverables)
Assist with tracking and reporting of all internal efforts to help refine and improve efforts on-going
Help to keep website current, relevant and information accurate (working with other departments)
Assist with marketing events and activities
Conduct market and consumer research
Qualification
Required
Interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills – detailed oriented
Knowledge of social networking channels
Familiar with CRM databases
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge of web site design and development a plus
Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
Must be a current college student in good standing: Marketing, Advertising or Communications majors preferred
Walking, standing, bending, reaching, and twisting
Ability to use computer keyboard and monitor for extended periods
Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs
