Responsibilities
Lead daily sales operations for new and pre-owned units
Drive sales volume, gross profit, and market share performance
Manage and enforce the sales process from lead to delivery
Oversee CRM execution, lead response, follow-up, and appointment discipline
Maximize F&I to maximize PUS, product penetration, and compliance
Manage inventory flow, aging, turn rates, and pricing strategy
Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales managers and sales staff
Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and role-play training
Analyze KPIs, sales reports, and financial statements to identify gaps and opportunities
Ensure compliance with OEM, state, and company policies
Support promotional events, OEM programs, and seasonal sales initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of leadership experience in powersports, automotive, or RV
Prior experience as a Sales Manager, GM, GSM
Strong understanding of dealership KPIs, inventory management, and gross optimization
Proven ability to lead teams through accountability and structured processes
Experience working with CRM systems and digital retail tools
High energy, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset

Preferred
High-volume dealership experience
Powersports OEM experience (Polaris, BRP, Yamaha, etc.)
Turnaround or performance-improvement background
Experience managing multi-brand or multi-location inventory
