Start in 2026 SpringKirby Risk is offering a 10–12-week internship program designed to develop business acumen and relationships through various projects. Interns will gain hands-on experience and participate in networking events while working in roles that align with their skills and interests.

Responsibilities
Learn through hands-on training, job shadowing, and work on 2-5 projects as a part of your internship
Participate in networking events across Kirby Risk with other interns
Attend Internship Kickoff with tours of our Indianapolis locations
Join Lunch & Learns with our Manufacturing locations in Lafayette
Attend Lunch & Learn with our Lafayette Corporate, Electrical Supply, and executive team members
Participate in Service Day
Engage in Networking Events
Deliver Final Presentations
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field to internship

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work on several projects
Ability and willingness to travel 0-25%
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint

Prior internship experience preferred
