Qualification
Required
BA or BS degree in Information Systems or related field or relevant professional experience
10+ years of experience in Sailpoint Engineering is required
Experience with Sailpoint Identity Now/Identity Security Cloud is required
Must have experience with integrating applications, improving lifecycle processes, and delivering results in a fast‑moving environment
Must have strong Sailpoint engineering skills including onboarding, workflows, connectors, roles, and governance automation
Must have the ability to execute and deliver advanced engineering solutions
Must have strong IAM fundamentals including RBAC, access models, and lifecycle governance
Must have the ability to collaborate with security architecture, governance, and engineering teams
Must be able to work with autonomy, communicate clearly, and navigate complex identity challenges
Must have the ability to communicate with the executive level of an enterprise organization as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders
