Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of AI implementation projects, from scoping and chartering to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Act as the primary bridge between senior business executives and technical teams (Data Scientists and Engineers), ensuring that cutting-edge technology translates into tangible healthcare value
Maintain single accountability for project budgets, including forecasting, tracking actual spend, and managing variances
Proactively identify technical or operational risks, resolving blockers for Data Science teams and escalating issues to leadership when necessary

Required

4+ years of IT Project Management experience
Experience specifically leading projects focused AI or Machine Learning implementations/solutions/etc

Preferred

Experience in IT Healthcare
Experience with Agile/Iterative platforms and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
PMP or Agile certification
Experience with UX and product-centric organizational models
Experience managing AI Vendor RFPs and external partnerships
