Responsibilities
Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of Nurses, Mental Health Professionals, and other Allied Health (non-prescribing) healthcare professionals
Develop comprehensive recruiting plans utilizing a variety of recruiting methods to generate interested candidates for your program and territory
Support and work collaboratively with the programs and hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs
Provide support to our travel team, including recruiting travel nurses, coordinating their assignments with hiring managers, and communicating as required with our travel team
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in nursing and/or mental healthcare recruiting required
Displays 'thinking outside the box' mentality by exploring creative ideas/tools to attract qualified candidates
A successful track record of healthcare recruiting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Solid work ethic, self-motivation, and good organizational skills
Must have excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Preferred
Correctional healthcare recruiting preferred, not required
Travel nursing recruiting experience preferred
