Information Technology Help Desk Support
Responsibilities
Day-to-day desktop support (hardware, software, peripherals)
Support for Windows PCs (Mac experience a plus)
User troubleshooting, device setup, and basic IT support tasks
On-site presence and hands-on problem solving
Qualification
Required
Prior desktop / IT support experience
Strong Windows PC support background
Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and service-oriented
Preferred
Mac experience a plus
