They are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and evolve backend systems for their AI-powered fashion products, working closely with various teams to implement complex AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and implement backend services and APIs in Python
Build and maintain backend systems for AI inference, image and video processing, and data pipelines
Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models and experiments
Design and operate async and distributed workflows where needed
Improve reliability, observability, and maintainability of backend systems
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision making
Own features end to end from design to production
Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

Required

Strong experience with Python in production environments
Experience building and maintaining backend systems

Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
Clear communication skills and a product oriented mindset
