Lead, Payer Strategy & Marketing - Hampton, NJ

Celldex is pioneering new horizons in immunology to deliver life-changing therapies and is seeking a Payer Strategy & Marketing leader to develop and execute strategies for market access. This role involves optimizing access and reimbursement across key payer channels while collaborating with cross-functional partners to support marketing efforts for healthcare providers and patients.

Responsibilities

Developing comprehensive plans to secure and maintain favorable formulary positioning and reimbursement for products across various payer and distribution channels
Creating clear and compelling messages that highlight the clinical and economic value of products from a payer's perspective
Developing and adapting a range of communication tools, such as product value decks, disease state materials, budget impact models, and digital engagement assets, for payer audiences
Utilizing data and insights to understand payer needs, assess market trends, and inform strategic decision-making
Contributing to the overall launch strategy and managing market access aspects throughout the product's lifecycle
Equipping account teams with the knowledge and resources to effectively engage with payers and communicate value messages

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required
A minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on payer marketing, market access, or account management is required
Deep Understanding of the US Healthcare System: Payer Landscape, Reimbursement Models, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
Marketing and Strategic Acumen: Strategic Planning, Brand Positioning, Market Research, Channel Management
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Communication, Collaboration, Influence and Persuasion, Leadership, Problem-Solving
Analytical Skills: Data Analysis, Budget Management, Financial Acumen
Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge: Pharmaceutical Regulations, Compliance
Travel required up to 10%

Preferred

Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree is preferred
