They are seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead their mission of empowering youth, overseeing strategic planning and daily operations while ensuring a safe and impactful Club experience.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the Club fulfills its mission and goals
Serve as the public face of the organization, representing it to stakeholders, media, and the community
Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability
Ensure financial sustainability through sound fiscal management, fundraising, and cultivation of relationships with donors, foundations, and partners
Promote the Club’s programs and impact within the community through public relations and partnership development
Oversee program delivery to ensure a safe, engaging, and outcome-driven Club experience for youth
Ensure programs are responsive to community needs and reflect best practices
Lead and manage staff and volunteers, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team development
Maintain alignment with Boys & Girls Clubs of America membership requirements and other applicable standards
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Support and guide the Board of Directors in governance, strategic planning, policy development, and resource management
Foster an effective and engaged Board through recruitment, training, and ongoing collaboration
Provide timely and transparent reporting on organizational performance to the Board of Directors and execute special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to lead and manage multi-site operations and cross-functional teams
Strong leadership competencies including strategic planning, decision-making, delegation, and conflict resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with the Board, staff, community partners, and stakeholders
Experience supervising both on-site and remote staff and volunteers
Knowledge of financial management within a nonprofit framework
Maintain alignment with Boys & Girls Clubs of America membership requirements and other applicable standards
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced nonprofit leadership experience strongly valued
Familiarity with Boys & Girls Clubs of America standards and/or youth development standards is preferred
