Responsibilities

Strive to improve customer satisfaction for Tampnet’s IT users
Keep up to date on technology trends, solutions, and provide feedback to the IT Manager for improvement suggestions
Ensure necessary steps are taken to avoid uninterrupted operations of existing IT systems and services during implementation or changes to existing IT systems and services
Supervise or take part in IT projects and operations
Maintain, operate, and improve Tampnet’s Linux environment, primarily based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Perform system updates and patching, hardening, configuration adjustments, and troubleshooting as required
Contribute to standardization and automation efforts where applicable
Ensure that the inventory of all IT assets and all technical documentation is updated
Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and other requirements such as contracts, license agreements, and internal policies and procedures
Develop and/or contribute to developing technical solutions with completion timelines in compliance with the IT Manager’s guidelines
Ensure that all IT systems and services are designed, implemented, and maintained as described in Tampnet’s Information Security Management Systems
Proactively monitor, assess, and continually improve IT systems and services

Required

Minimum two years of relevant experience, or equivalent education
