Responsibilities
Responsible for the quality of deliverables provided and performance of contract watch standers
Manages watch functions, processes, and information flow
Maintains situational awareness of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) related events, incidents, and threats
Prioritizes tasks and efforts and coordinates information gathering and reporting with other Federal Protective Service (FPS) Elements
Conducts training for all watch personnel and shifts to ensure compliance with production and watch activity guidelines
Assures and controls production and service quality as related to communications, information transmission, and data/information presentation
Qualification
Required
Twelve (12) years of experience in operation centers, emergency management, dispatch, first responder (law enforcement/fire/rescue) or related work with at least eight (8) years in management
Secret Clearance
Minimum requirement of a BA/BS in a relevant discipline
Preferred
A Program/Project Manager certification is desired for this position
