Partnering directly with hiring leaders and candidates to deliver high-quality placements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience placing attorneys at AmLaw firms, elite boutiques, or strong regional firms
Background in agency or contingency recruiting
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management capabilities
Ability to operate independently while collaborating within a professional recruiting network
Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term growth orientation
High standards for professionalism, communication, and candidate experience
Preferred
Experience supporting in-house Counsel, General Counsel, or specialized legal searches
