LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an SAP Icertis Consultant to take ownership of project tasks and manage SAP Icertis implementations. The role involves troubleshooting platform issues, managing configurations, and ensuring data integrity while working independently and providing cross-time-zone support as needed.

Responsibilities

End-to-end ownership of project tasks, driving deliverables, and managing fast-paced initiatives efficiently
Provide technical project management with strong focus on SAP Icertis implementations
Demonstrate deep functional understanding of Icertis, including process flows and tool interactions
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex iCertis platform issues
Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues involving iCertis and SAP systems
Implement advanced configurations within the iCertis platform aligned with business requirements
Manage platform changes following established change management processes
Identify, analyze, and resolve data integrity issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively resolving issues without frequent escalation
Align with PST time zone and provide cross-time-zone support as required
Support majority of required working hours based on project needs
Apply SAP Project Management practices based on SAP Activate methodology
Leverage prior experience in similar SAP Icertis implementations
