Customer Service Assistant (Video Call Support)
CampusPoint is an AI-powered software company transforming the recruiting process. They are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to help implement a recruiting HR tool, leading onboarding sessions and providing ongoing support via email.

Responsibilities
Support franchisees during system setup
Lead onboarding sessions via video calls (30–45 minutes each)
Walk users through platform setup and answer questions in real time
Set up and manage customer video calls and backend admin tools
Provide email-based support and follow-ups as needed
Track onboarding progress and mark completion within internal systems
Qualification
Required
Comfortable and confident on video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Patient when supporting less tech-savvy users
Strong communicator — clear, friendly, and professional
Enjoys training, teaching, and helping others succeed
Confident with basic software and online tools
Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets
Trainable on HubSpot (search customers, mark onboarding complete)
Clear communicator, calm, friendly, confident
Preferred
Experience in customer support, onboarding, and training is a plus
Exposure to HR tech, recruiting tools, or customer success is preferred
