Director, Strategic Partnerships
Rechat is an innovative technology platform built exclusively for real estate professionals. They are seeking a highly driven Director, Strategic Partnerships to accelerate growth within the enterprise brokerage segment by sourcing, developing, and closing new business with mid-to-large real estate brokerages across North America.

Responsibilities
Own new business acquisition within the 100+ agent brokerage segment, with a primary focus on outbound pipeline generation
Build and maintain a strategic target account list of enterprise brokerages, ownership groups, and franchise organizations
Prospect into accounts using a multi-channel outbound approach, including cold calls, personalized email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and coordinated campaigns
Engage senior decision-makers (Owners, CEOs, Presidents, COOs, CMOs, Heads of Operations) and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees
Lead discovery conversations to understand brokerage operations, growth priorities, and technology gaps
Articulate Rechat’s enterprise value proposition, including platform consolidation, agent adoption, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact
Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to executive audiences
Structure, negotiate, and close complex SaaS agreements aligned to revenue, adoption, and long-term partnership goals
Partner closely with Rechat’s executive team on enterprise strategy, pricing, packaging, and deal execution
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot
Represent Rechat at industry conferences, brokerage events, and executive networking opportunities
Provide ongoing field insights to inform product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
Identify expansion and growth opportunities within existing enterprise customers
Contribute to building repeatable outbound and enterprise sales playbooks as the team scales
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
PropTech sales experience required
5+ years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to real estate brokerages or adjacent enterprise audiences
Proven success in outbound-led sales motions with the ability to self-source pipeline
Experience selling to VP and C-level executives and navigating complex buying processes
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise or mid-market environments
Deep understanding of real estate brokerage operations, agent economics, and growth drivers
Ability to clearly articulate value and business impact using analytics, KPIs, and ROI frameworks
Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persuasive
Ability to work independently and succeed in a remote environment
Commitment to embodying Rechat's core values in all aspects of the role
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) - preferred
4–6+ years of experience selling SaaS or technology solutions with a strong record of performance
Background in Direct Sales, High-Velocity Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management roles
