Responsibilities
Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, wealth-transfer strategies, and powers of attorney
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs
Manage probate proceedings and trust administration from start to finish
Conduct client consultations, assess planning objectives, and develop effective long-term solutions
Work closely with families, fiduciaries, financial advisors, and firm partners to implement appropriate estate strategies
Maintain timely and clear communication with clients throughout the planning or administration process
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law and in good standing with NH state bar
Prior experience in trust & estates, probate, or elder law
Strong drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
