Partner with the project manager to oversee and coordinate project plans for construction projects from preconstruction through post-construction and startup
Manage Labor (foreman and crew relationships, field support, crew first initiative, and walking job sites)
Operational Excellence (PM process mapping, process submittals, and document distribution)
Perform safety audits and communicate safety plans to the Field
Learn estimating and construction standards through the PM/APM Academy
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelors' Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Building Mechanical Systems, Construction Management, AECM with Building Mechanical Systems or Mechanical Engineering with HVAC emphasis
Mechanical/HVAC related project experience as an employee or Intern
