Field Operations Technician

They are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Field Operations Technician to support installation projects and product deployment efforts, working closely with engineers and operations staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
Perform field installation activities using TRAXyL’s innovative pavement‑based installation techniques
Operate machinery, tools, and equipment required for installation tasks
Assist with site preparation, material handling, and on‑site logistics
Follow safety protocols, company procedures, and industry standards
Conduct basic equipment checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Document installation activities and communicate updates to the operations team
Support field testing, quality checks, and field data collection
Collaborate with technicians and engineers during product deployment
Can excel in a flexible work environment, can take initiative, and thrive at a startup company
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in fieldwork, construction, infrastructure installation, or related hands‑on roles
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, equipment, and machinery
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt in changing environments
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions
Effective communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
Familiarity with utility, telecom, or construction environments is a plus
