Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive initiatives
Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs as required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
Preferred
Experience in a technology or fast-paced environment
